RETURN & REFUND POLICY Truck Parts Planet
At Truck Parts Planet, our refund policy allows eligible products to be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please review the requirements below before requesting a return.
Refund Policy - Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- - Be new, unused, and not installed.
- - Be free from oil, grease, dirt, or other contamination.
- - Have no installation marks, scratches, or signs of use.
- - Include all original parts, packaging, labels, and components.
- - Remain unmodified and undamaged.
All returns require prior approval. Please contact us before shipping anything back.
Refund Policy - Return Shipping
For customer-requested returns, including wrong part ordered, changed mind, or no longer needed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Policy - Restocking Fee
Approved standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges and expedited shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
Refund Policy - Installed or Used Parts
Products that have been installed, operated, programmed, tested, modified, or otherwise used are generally not eligible for return.
Please verify the part number and fitment before installation.
Refund Policy - Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us promptly and do not install or use the product. Photos may be required.
Refund Policy - Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting Truck Parts Planet as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Approved cancellations may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled. The customer may instead receive the order and follow our standard return process, including any applicable 20% restocking fee.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed because orders may enter processing immediately after purchase.
Refunds
Returned products are inspected after receipt. Once the return is approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Partial refunds may apply if the product is returned damaged, used, incomplete, or without required packaging.
