How long does it take to review a cancel or return request?
We review cancel and return requests during business hours. Once the form is in, we reply as quickly as we can with the next steps.
What should I include in my request?
Order number, Cancel or Return, the reason, and a short comment. If the part or box is damaged, email photos after we confirm the request.
Will I get return instructions?
Yes. If the return is approved, we send the next steps and any labels or shipping notes you need.
Can I return a part that does not fit my truck?
Submit the form and choose that reason. For future orders, send year, make, model, engine, VIN, and OEM number on Contact so we can confirm fitment first.
