Always verify the part number before ordering to ensure the component matches your application.

FUNCTION

The DEF Dosing Unit Pump supplies Diesel Exhaust Fluid within the emissions system for proper DEF dosing. Correct DEF delivery is required for the SCR system to operate as designed.

A worn, damaged, or failing DEF Dosing Unit Pump may cause symptoms such as:

• DEF system warning or fault messages
• SCR or emissions system fault codes
• Improper or insufficient DEF delivery
• Engine performance or operating restrictions
• Difficulty maintaining proper DEF system pressure
• Failure of the DEF dosing system to operate correctly

WHY REPLACE A DEF DOSING UNIT PUMP?

A faulty DEF Dosing Unit Pump can prevent the emissions system from receiving DEF correctly and may result in DEF or SCR-related faults. Replacing a failed pump with the correct Genuine OEM component helps restore proper DEF system operation when the original pump is defective.
