APPLICATIONS

The 5452689 VGT Electronic Actuator is intended for HE300VG and HE351VE variable geometry turbocharger applications associated with 6.7L ISB and QSB engines. Always verify the original part number and vehicle configuration before purchase.

FUNCTION

The 5452689 electronic actuator controls the variable geometry mechanism of the turbocharger. Proper actuator operation helps regulate turbocharger geometry and supports appropriate boost control during engine operation.

A worn, damaged, or failing VGT Electronic Actuator may cause symptoms such as:

• Reduced turbocharger performance
• Inconsistent boost pressure
• Poor engine response
• Turbocharger control issues
• Reduced engine performance
• Electronic actuator faults

WHY REPLACE A VGT ELECTRONIC ACTUATOR?

A faulty actuator can prevent the turbocharger's variable geometry mechanism from operating correctly. Replacing a worn or damaged 5452689 with the correct Genuine OEM Cummins component can help restore proper VGT actuator operation and support consistent turbocharger performance.
